Natural, baby-led newborn photography in the comfort of your home in Glasgow and the surrounding areas
For families who want to remember how it felt — not just how it looked.
Trusted by over 400 families across Glasgow and Scotland with more than 100 five-star Google reviews.
Most parents tell me the same thing before a newborn session:
“We honestly have no idea what we’re doing.”
Usually the morning has already been intense before I even arrive.
The baby hasn’t settled. Parents are running on very little sleep. Someone is apologising for the house, the laundry or the fact they still haven’t managed to get dressed properly.
And honestly? That’s completely normal.
You don’t need to prepare a “perfect” version of your family for these sessions. The tiny pauses, feeding breaks, toddler chaos and ordinary moments are already enough.
This experience is for families who don’t want a staged newborn photoshoot.
It is for parents who want to remember these first weeks as they really were: the feeds, the cuddles, the tired mornings, the tiny pauses, the way your baby settled in your arms.
Not perfect. Not performed. Just your family, at the very beginning of this new chapter
• baby-led sessions in your own home
• space for feeding, changing and settling
• natural guidance so you don’t have to know how to pose
• siblings and family pets welcome
• photographs that feel like your real family life

As a mum of three myself, I know those early newborn weeks can feel both beautiful and completely overwhelming at the same time.
Most parents are exhausted. Nobody fully knows what they’re doing yet. You’re learning your baby while your baby is learning the world.
That’s why I approach newborn sessions very calmly and intuitively. I pay attention to the small things during sessions: when parents need a pause, when a baby needs quiet, when a toddler is becoming overwhelmed, or when everyone simply needs a moment to reset.
Nothing is rushed and nothing is forced.
Your newborn session takes place in the comfort of your home using soft natural light and a calm, relaxed approach.
This is not a “pose and perform” kind of session.
We move slowly. We pause whenever needed. We gently follow your baby’s rhythm throughout our time together.
There is no pressure for your baby to sleep perfectly or “behave” for the camera.
Most newborn sessions last around 1.5–2 hours, giving us enough time for feeding, cuddles, changing and breaks whenever needed.
I guide you softly throughout the session while focusing on natural interactions, real connection and honest moments with your family.
Parents, siblings and family pets are always welcome to be part of the experience.

My approach is very natural and relaxed. Your baby stays mostly in your arms, and I gently document the connection within your family rather than creating heavily posed images.
The experience is designed to feel calm, slow and comfortable for everyone involved.
There is no pressure for perfection – only space to pause, connect and simply be together.
That is completely normal and never a problem.
We always pause whenever your baby needs feeding, cuddles, settling or changing. Some of the most beautiful moments often happen during those quiet in-between pauses.
Your session is fully baby-led, calm and without pressure.
I recommend soft neutral colours, simple textures and clothing without large logos or busy patterns.
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable like yourself.
If choosing outfits feels stressful, you are very welcome to use selected pieces from my client’s wardrobe for mums and babies.
I’m always happy to help guide you with styling before the session.

These photographs are created gently and naturally in the homes of families across Glasgow and Scotland
— focused on connection, emotion and the beauty of everyday moments with your baby.
Many families choose in-home newborn photography because it allows them to stay relaxed in a familiar and meaningful environment during those early newborn weeks.
There is no stress of packing everything up and travelling to a studio while recovering and adjusting to life with a new baby.
Your home becomes part of your story — the place where your baby is first held, comforted and loved.
Using natural light and a baby-led approach allows sessions to feel calm, personal and honest.
Many parents tell me afterwards that the experience felt more like a quiet pause together than a traditional photoshoot.
As a newborn photographer in Glasgow, I specialise in creating relaxed family photographs that feel natural, emotional and timeless rather than heavily posed.
Some families also choose to include a short highlight film created from gentle video clips captured naturally throughout the session.
These little films allow you not only to see this season again, but to truly feel it too.

Your newborn photography session shouldn’t take longer than 2 hours. However, the session is baby-led so if we need more time that’s ok with me.
